You may notice that there are three symbolic buttons which appear throughout the Mount Wilson Observatory web site. These are the magnifying glass, the dome, and the question mark.

The magnifying glass is the search icon. When you select the magnifying
glass, you are presented with the Mount Wilson Observatory WWW search
page. You can use this page to find any specific text anywhere on the
Mount Wilson Observatory WWW pages.

The observatory dome is the icon for the Mount Wilson Observatory
main WWW page. When you select the observatory dome icon, you are
returned to the primary Mount Wilson Observatory page.

The question mark is the help icon. When you select the question mark,
you are presented with a page of help (such as this) on the section of the
Mount Wilson Observatory WWW archive which you are currently
accessing, including any information specific to that section.
The "What's New" section has no section specific help information.
